I've been to Fresh Thai a lot of times. I suppose that's reliable right? Due to the ambiance this is definitely a lunch spot and a good one. I typically get the the Thai basics such as pad se ew, red curry, and spicy noodles. The food has always been good and I've never been disappointed.
There are a lot of that spots in the area. I'd say this one makes it in the top 3. Especially for lunch time. -

I love this place but I'm disappointed with my visit today. We were planning to dine in but asked that our orders be made to go because it was taking quite a while for themto deliver. My mom ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp and I ordered Pad See Ew with chicken but instead we got Pad Thai Chicken and Pad See Ew Shrimp. I'm allergic to shellfishes.
I wonder if they changed management. -

Zero stars.
This place delivers half orders and then says they are too busy to rectify the situation.
Never ordering from this establishment ever again. -

Tried out Fresh Thai for lunch, and it was very OK. I had high expectations that were not met. I was mildly disappointed that my chicken pad Thai didn't have grated peanuts on it, and/or didn't come with a fresh lime. I tried my fiancé's orange chicken and white rice, which was much much better. I'd have expected a Thai restaurant to do pad Thai better. I did appreciate that because I checked in on Yelp, I got a free soda. Service was also fast and kind. The dining area itself was nice, and they accepted all major credit cards. Parking on their parking lot was easy and free. We got these two entrees and no drinks (drink was free with the Yelp check-in), and it was $19.73 before tip. I feel this was too much for the quality of my pad Thai. I didn't hate my meal, but I wouldn't waste my money by going here again.

My first time trying this place out and I arrived 30 minutes early. It was a very hot day (100 degrees) so I stepped in and asked if it was okay to wait. The place is pretty small, and not fancy. They said that was fine and offered me ice water well I waited. I was worried since it was their busy lunch hour but they were very accommodating. When my friend arrived they came by with menus and said they would give us more time to order. Customer service wise they were amazing. Very sweet and courteous.
Food was just okay. I wanted to like it more but I have had better. I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai which had plenty of noodles, and little shrimp. The taste was a bit different then Pad Thai I had had in the past. I also ordered a Thai Tea which was not that great. My friend comes here regularly and stated her family loves the place. She had basil beef which she said was delicious. She did comment on my Thai Tea looking odd, maybe it had to much milk to tea ratio. All in all I will give it four stars for the cleanliness, reasonable prices, and incredible customer service.
There is a small parking lot available but be careful to not park in the 30 minute spaces if dining in. Also, it gets busy 12-130 lunch hour. The menu had lots of vegetarian options as well and they were accommodating of food allergy if you mentioned it.
If I ever return I might try something on their dessert menu. The options looked tasty
